Everyone on the team contributes operating experience — to acquisitions, portfolio work, or the businesses we are directly involved in. No bystanders.
We are not optimizing for a quarter or a fund vintage. The portfolio is built to compound over decades, which asks for patience, discipline, and a real commitment.
We back people who form their own view and take responsibility for acting on it. Agreement is not the goal — alignment with the work is.
The team touches seven sectors. The best people here are curious about every one of them — willing to learn what makes each business actually work.
