Named projects include Mueller Lofts, a 51-unit historic restoration, and Liberty Commons, a mixed-use rehabilitation. Subsidiary brand Century 21 Wilbur Realty — described in Motivant marketing as Northeast Ohio's first female-owned brokerage — operates under the same group, extending residential brokerage reach across the same geography.
