About

Jeff Muoio is a member of Motivant and the Executive Advisor to several of the firm's adjacent life-sciences holdings. LinkedIn lists him as Executive Advisor at Asciere, the regenerative-medicine education platform inside Motivant's life-sciences portfolio; he is also publicly involved with Harm Shield, Cellestiq, and Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.

Jeff's primary operating chapter was at MasTec North America, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Fortune 500 infrastructure and telecommunications build-out business. In that role he oversaw national field operations for AT&T, Comcast, ADT, and Verizon — multi-region execution at the operating scale the firm draws on as it relaunches BHRC's franchise growth model and integrates infrastructure-heavy operating businesses.

Outside operating roles, Jeff was the founding Executive Director of HomeAid America, the homelessness-housing nonprofit, and represented its local chapters on the national board. He continues to consult — AT&T, Zayo, and Synergies3 Tec Services have all been clients — and teaches graduate-level Business and Communications at the University of Denver. He sits on the board of Break the Box.

His academic background is unusual for an operator: degrees in Religious Studies, Divinity, and Law from Western Michigan University. The combination — operating depth at the Fortune 500 scale plus an ethics-and-judgment academic foundation — is what positions him as an Executive Advisor inside the firm rather than as an operator running a single line of business.

Inside Motivant, Jeff's portfolio coverage skews toward the life-sciences platforms the firm is incubating beneath BHRC's clinical delivery — Harm Shield's fentanyl field-testing kits, Cellestiq's lab operations, and Asciere's regenerative-medicine education layer. The pattern of his work is what an Executive Advisor seat looks like inside a family office: senior pattern recognition applied across multiple operating companies, not control over any one of them.
